PSA Quality Control Issues
You get a really sweet looking card. You submit it to PSA for grading. It comes back looking like this:
WHAT?!?!?! Look at that wrinkled plastic around the card. How did that sneak through the quality controls at PSA. Looks AWFUL. I can't believe that PSA would let that out of their offices.
Does anyone know if they offer to re-case cards that come back looking like this?
Hopefully they have corrected their issues.
